It is also fun to take a day trip to the islandSumilon, known for the clear blue lagoon or a boat trip to the famous Apo Island, here you can swim with turtles! Or take a fun kayaking trip along the Moalboal coastline. Plenty to do in this wonderful destination. In the evening you can enjoy delicious fresh fish!

How do you get to Moalboal?

From Cebu City, take a bus from the South Bus Terminal to Moalboal. This journey takes about 4 hours. From Malapascua, it is quite a journey, first traveling back to Cebu City (North Terminal), then traveling to the South Bus Terminal for a bus to Moalboal. This is the only time that I, together with two other travelers, decided to take a direct taxi from Maya (near Malapascua) to Moalboal. This saved me a lot of time!
